    Default Home Defense AR Safe

Anyone have experience with a good way to store an AR for home defense that is:

    1) Kid Safe - Not just hidden (doesn't have to be hidden), but locked.
    2) Quick Access in an Emergency.
    3) Doesn't require major installation (cutting into the wall, etc - simple mounting and drilling is ok)

I've searched and seen many different things advertised, but would love to hear from anyone who actually uses them. Pros and cons, reality versus ad claims, etc.

Kids are smarter then dogs. Might as well teach the kids about firearms and remove the mystery.

Very nice! But I don't see anything on your site that gives the H/W/D dimensions of them, is it there and I'm just missing it?

have you considered the under the bed route?

    https://www.amazon.com/Monster-Vault...tag=ssafety-20

i've been looking for a small safe for upstairs for 1 or 2 guns only, but cannot find anything that small that's much more than a glorified stack-on.

something like this, but would like more security

Liberty doesn't have anything that small, nor does AMSEC nor Ft. Knox. I tried to get Sturdy to build one that small and they wouldn't, either.

about the smallest two i could find that seemed worth a crap was this AMSEC and Liberty, but both are much bigger than i'm looking for:
