I've read and reread the 2A. I'm having a hard time finding anything about "mental health issues" in it.

We must act in ways to prevent gun violence by making sure laws are enforced, addressing critical needs in mental health and treatment, and promoting a national dialogue that ensures we identify violent actors before they do harm.
Yeah...let's prevent "gun violence" and ignore all other types of violence. And have a dialogue. Dialogues are nice.

Politicians are mealy mouthed douchebags. Even the ones on "our side".
