Kitchen scale recommendations

As title says, looking for new kitchen scale. Prefer non electric. Accuracy and capacity(10lbs+) most important.

I know you said Non- Electric however I like a scale that you can zero. This way you're able to put a tray, wax or parchment paper on the scale to minimize cross contamination. Plus it's easier to handle meats, poultry etc from a tray than the scale.

Any idea on accuracy and durability of the Taylor? It would be just right for couple years til ready for commercial scale.

Want my recipes to be accurate and at least fake it with portion control. Older I get the more doc and Mrs bo hassle me about weight.

I have one similar to that. Whole top surface is glass, easy to clean. Thin, easy to store. Battery lasts a long time.

If you have an eleven lb .25oz cut on there it will zero itself out. Spring for a heavier one and call it good.
