Found a good place for the solar powered charging ports. I think.


Here is a preview of the dash cam. This was taken before I hid all the wires and figured out that you can program the display to turn off. I'll post updates to both projects in appropriate threads when the time comes. When the display is off, the mirror looks like normal and the extra size is pretty nice. It comes with a lead wire that you connect to your reverse light so the rear camera turns on when you go into reverse. There is no GPS or speed on this model, just the date stamp. There are parking modes and shock sensors that will turn the camera on if something hits the car while parked though.

I have an electric. They are great if you have a maintained yard to start. They aren't going to clear the back 40 any time soon. I edge with mine.
