Assloads of crowds, assloads of traffic, parking way the hell away and having to take a shuttle bus. Went there to see the B-29 Fifi, couldn't even get within a mile. I saw FiFi last summer and parked right up in front of the terminal and walked right in.. I would expect that with the B17 as well.
Now the air show they used to have.. Yes, if you didn't get there early you most likely had to walk a bit to get there.
