Typically, this is my approach. I grew up living in adapt, improvise, overcome. But today, was one of those storms where everything hit at once, and even the little stuff wasn't. but yeah. Today was the day I almost set it all down and walked away.

Used to be shooting in the wilderness, by myself. Now that there are no places to shoot by myself, I like to run a lot, or go for a nice long drive, preferably somewhere I haven't been.

Running without music is helpful because then my mind runs everywhere it needs to go. Same with writing things down. Sounds dumb, but just expressing everything, even on paper can help release it.

I just unburied the RC planes and started messing around with those again after not touching them for a couple years. To my surprise I was actually relaxed! Still need to do somethings before I fly but I got 4-5 planes flight ready and working on the rest now.
