I thinking you can buy bags of rags that are recycled t-shirts, shirts that were made for the super bowl teams that losers instead of winners for example.

Sherwin Williams use to sell box of rags which are recycled cotton shirt. At least I have not yet to see printings on it.

It wasn't someone that turned it into a rag. It was a company.

Where I found the humor was that this particular shirt ended up being sold as a rag when some poor Haitian probably could have used the shirt.
