When the first officers on scene asked people what they witnessed in order to attempt to identify the shooter and multiple people indicated there were several people with guns as well, it gets reported as multiple shooters and it does take awhile to get to the truth of just one shooter. There were several hundred people inside the store at the time and all saw/heard different things.

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America ' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.'
That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.

A World Without Guns <- Great Read!
Thornton PD's whining about the armed citizens is really rubbing me the wrong way.
If the perp had decided for continue his attack, who was in the position to engage him- The police? NO! Armed citizens? YES! It would fall to the father with two kids hiding behind a deli case with his .38 snub.
The first videos you look at are the ones from the shooting location, and IDing the guy actually firing at the victims. Sure, if you want to fully process the entire crime scene, tracking the movements of other armed parties would be part of that exercise to eliminate all potential for additional suspects. Saying that the armed citizens delayed the ID of the main perp is asinine.

9news had a thing on their site this morning quoting the neighbor of this guy stating he hated hispanics and said vulgar things about them, and that "he was a ticking time bomb." Further fomenting of the "racism" in America line. With Trump in office, and all the talk of immigration stuff lately, this is going to be a hot button issue for some time longer.

Curious why deploy the flash bang on the sidewalk AFTER the perp was in custody? Was that an “oops” moment?
