Earlier in the day, Heavy stated a dishonorable discharge per Kyle Clark but when I clicked on the link to the Clark Tweet it clearly said honorable.

In the same video it sounded like his beef was because he got caught in a Vice sting after he tried to order a prostitute.

    That's good to see.
A Million dollars could be raised, still leaves two children fatherless and wife w/out her husband.

I don't think anyone has said anything to the contrary, just trying to shed some positive light on humanity, despite an extremely tragic loss, that is all.

I wasn't implying anything negative of other postings. Just a passing thought as (again) our family was there a few back. Leaving 2 kids and our sister in law. Kind of leave a gap that takes a while to start healing. The fallen deputy wasn't even 30, horrible way to go.

...and I in no way suggested that some money to help the family was in any way a substitute for the loss of a husband and father. Bad pool.

Weird, because the youtube video doesn't really come across as "hate" more like bemusement ... doesn't seem like enough to set up an ambush and murder officers over.

He seems more like a goofy kid than a potentially violent nutter.

What an effed up world we live in.
There is a lot of info that cannot be released nor will I. This was clearly an ambush based on the evidence that is being picked up but not yet released. The subject had an extreme disregard for the Douglas County Sheriff's Office. From watching his demeanor and actions in his videos he had some clear issues.

RIP. In my experience DCSO is some of the best/reasonable/respectable police I've ever come across.

Any idea what the weapon was? News I watched just said "rifle" and that he got about 100 shots off in about 1.5 hours. Could be anything.

Prayers for the family, the injured, and all affected.

Anyone else see the video of the shooting? You can hear the gunfire and it sounds to me like we have another bumpstock situation, maybe even full auto, but it sounds a little too inconsistent to me for full auto.

Sources have told me it was an AR15. I don't have a hundred percent confirmation on that yet.
