Default 2 acres in CHEYENNE wy PAY IT FORWARD

Cheyenne WY..... 1h 20m from Erie Colorado

I purchased a new home on 8.82 acres, and my "backyard" is .5 acres. I have roughly 7 acres of flat barren land. If you are wanted a place to have a small farm, orchard, shop, etc. I will gladly let you use 2 acres on our property. Currently there is NOTHING here. Just flat barren land. I have road access, and can give you exact GPS quadrants if you are serious. If you would require electrical/propane we would have to work something out. I cannot shoot on my property, but if you wanted to put up a green house, or building to store equipment etc. this could be a long term storage deal.

PM me or post here if you have any questions.

well I know there are people who want to try and do a garden, or need a place for storage.

It's very basic flat barren prairie, but I am sure someone could find a use for it. if someone wanted to actually have a farm/garden that produces some profit, we could work a deal. I joke to the wife that the empty plot is my "go-cart track"

If you need a basic Reference, think Northbound I-85, 2 miles cross the border.

This sounds like a great idea. I agree that some folks need a bit of room to grow. My brother would greatly benefit from a place where he could put his bee hives, for example. (He's in San Antonio, so it doesnt apply here)

I, pretty much immedietely, outsourced about 38 acre to a local farmer for a few years, simply because I wanted to get rid of weeds/thistle.
