That's a good manager right there. When pressed for a name for 'who pushed the wrong button', he took it on himself that he's ultimately responsible. When seconds count, adding multiple layers of 'oversight' will slow response time. They probably just need a slight tweak to their process.

Wonder if there were many “end of the world, let’s go for it bad decisions”?
Most of my family still lives on Oahu and I haven’t spoken to them yet. I have read on friends Facebook pages of people being told to get inside of buildings and lock the doors....WTF good will that do during a nuclear attack? They’re already blaming Trump. Embarrassing.
Of course now if Kim launches for real, many Hawaiians will ignore it and not take shelter.
