    Jer wins the thread.

Isn't this the correct response for pretty much all govt. involved standoffs?

No interest in a Waco documentary or docudrama.

There is a podcast called “Cults”. They just did a 2 part series on Waco. It was interesting.

I watched a show about Waco several weeks back, probably the same one I'm guessing.

I was interested in it and I learned some things about the whole ordeal that I didn't know previously. There is something very intriguing to me about a "leader" with enough personality and charisma to convince a large group of people to follow his interpretation of beliefs and be convincing enough, and trusted enough to maintain his Flock for an extended period of time.

Manson, Jones, Koresh and Applewhite....etc...had the magic gift of getting people to follow without question. Fascinating.

Good point, but there weren't elections getting the aforementioned "masterminds" into their position of power or influence so to speak, and he had no power of persuasion over anyone that didn't already believe in his horse shit vision of the liberal ideals in general.

Which brings up another topic altogether.... obama is a dork, right place and apparent right time. People may be bitching about Trump running the helm, but I can say that I would have written this country off had Hillary had been elected, and ceremoniously bury my flag in the back yard never to be flown by me again.

IF ophra winfrey ever holds the office, ........I'm completely checking out of society altogether.
