Not sure what you mean? Politicians went crazy after Vegas. Everyone is banning bump stocks now. Everyone is introducing legislation to ban binary triggers, and aftermarket triggers.
I expect it will get worse now that it was yet another school mass shooting.

High school kids are perfect play for media and politicians. Idealistic and gullible.

Because media/Democrats don't really care about any of the lives lost. None. They don't care about people or their lives.
They just hate GUNS. And they know that kids dying solicits an emotional response that they can play to. The only time they can make any progress is when they can play to people's emotions.
These school shootings are essentially domestic terrorism.
Wouldn't that fall under the department of homeland security?
Highschool kids also give interviews. And walkout. And plan 'marches' on DC apparently. The media LOVES them. Crying kids speaking out against guns on national tv. It's gold to Democrats.
