First thing that came to mind!

    ---

CO SOS has the business filing with home address...

    http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewI...Id=20171774889

This was just filed in Oct 2017.

If the business is closed/closing you could send a certified letter and demand return of the pistol.

I don't see "MJ Yulo" or "Tulowitzki" in the CO listings of FFLs from BATF for Dec 2017 (the latest period available).

I was just happy to find that no chainsaws were borrowed and not promptly returned.

ETA: Could not see inside, as all the shades were drawn. I was not able to tell if there had been anyone there in the last day, as the walks were all shoveled clean.

Thank you. This along with another members accessing his home address have given me a new avenue to pursue him. I will be sending him a certified, signature required letter demanding performance or,,,,,,,,,,, and I'll mail it tomorrow.

Back in 1992 I think, I lost a Dan Wesson 357 and my friend a pre '64 win 30-30 to a gunsmith/dealer who left town...hope it works out for you. Get it resolved ASAP...the more time that passes the less likely you'll see it again.
