    Well he is listed as a Governor on the LLC document. But, not the registered agent.

    Could always check back in April and see if that is ammended with him removed.

    Good news they removed him as representing the company but I would imagine he is still employed within as others have stated. Hopefully the amount of pissed off emails they received made them realize what a tool bag he is.
