I think it's food blasphemy to put turkey and bacon as a compound item !!!

The problem with Turkey Bacon is calling it bacon and pretending its a reasonable facsimile of pork bacon. Much like Soy Milk is not a good substitute for milk, or Boca Burger patties are a good substitute for hamburger ... and Taco Bell is not a good substitute for Mexican food.

Stop pretending its a substitute and then it finds its place, so enjoy your fried turkey strips, your soy juice, boca patties and Taco Bell, just stop pretending they're Bacon, Milk, Hamburgers or Mexican food.

Its not the items themselves, its the deception that makes the world a darker place.

Kings ran a saturday & sun $2.99 lb for Oscar Mayer Hickory smoked bacon, limit of 5. They're in the freezer now.

All five packs already cooked and in the freezer. The wife oven bakes them on baking pans covered in parchment paper. No mess at all, reheat in micro for a few seconds and you always have bacon ready for any occasion.
