There are a ton of "Van Life" channels on YouTube about people living in Vans. Probably good for ideas, but also probably a deep rabbit hole.

One of the van life channels I've watched and found interesting.

Anything in the toy hauler class and something capable of towing that you use otherwise. A dedicated motor home is a pain if you don't use it much.

Got away from this but coming back to it.

The initial idea was to have the truck/trailer packed, ready to go and be self sufficient. Weekend, week, etc use.

I like the idea of renting an RV.

Used to have a 12' travel trailer. Nice to drive up, unhook and go do something else. The down side was constant repairs and blasted hot in the summer.

Looks like I'm in the market for a new daily driver. Probably something in the F150 range. A trailer may be back in the running.

    Thanks for all the insight!

Every time your wife is screaming at you about something and you're thinking in the back of your head, "I could totally live in a van for a while..."

A nosey fuker with a camera, creeping around other peoples vehicles at night. That's not a potential Darwin winner there, is it.
