Another amazon purchase I made for my safe was a set of these:

The set I got, the rods were black.... so far I haven't had a problem forgetting to remove the rods, but I think the bright orange rods is a much better idea.

Makes getting rifles in and out of the safe much easier than the rifle rest, and makes it easy to deal with different length rifles.

I've got those as well as the handgun rods that clip to shelves. Those two doohickeys have allowed me to cram dozens of firearms in a little safe that was never intended to house so much firepower. Lulz
