    Have a safe, uneventful journey and enjoy the new place.

    Take this as a suggestion, nay good advice. UNLESS it's something you absolutely positively cannot bear to part with. Sell or donate it.
    After 2 trips between CO-AZ-CO-AZ hauling stuff that as we (are still unpacking) open realize there's no room for. OR asking ourselves Why did we bring this again? Buy it new or low mileage once you're in the new house.

    OH yea. I agree with this and we did that when we sold our place back in May. We have everything in storage right now until the new place is finished being built.

    On such a long trip, i agree. I'm paying a storage facility to store junk from our last move.
