[serious]I think he's fighting because he was singled out in the beginning and he's the 1/100 that will fight merely for sake of fighting because he feels he is right. I do think the USSC has to take this up at some point. There is a huge conflict between the implied rights in the 14th Amendment and the First Amendment. Activists seem to want to push this issue with Christians but it could happen with other groups as well.
