Honestly, most of the time its the rent that kills most places. They can float for a while but a small interruption in their sales ( big box stores, election etc) sometimes is the nail in the coffin.

I wondered why they took over the other two units to the west of them and thought that was a stupid move. You have to sell a lot of merch. in order to pay for that square footage.

I might swing over there and see if there is something that I'm needing.

I wondered that too - I would go in on Saturdays and still there wasn't much traffic.
