Yeah I'm pretty sure Craigslist is maintained entirely by bots. The last time any sort of change was made to the website was when they got rid of the hookups sections like 10 years ago.

And the owner agreed to an interview on NPR and almost every answer he gave was "read the Terms of Service on the website." He answered that way so many times that the interviewer asked him why he bothered coming in for the interview if he wasn't going to say anything.

Agree, I'm trying to work through an issue with LG on my new fridge ATM and wasn't getting much traction through their CS, who was supposed to have the Executive Customer Service team contact me and did not. Now I have a contact that I can reach out to if it gets that far.
