I too would like to know more details about firearm used, round count and even distance would be nice. On a positive note, the homeowner is unharmed, 1 bad guy is guaranteed to never do that again. The rest will likely get some sort of reduced sentence and go back to doing what criminals do.

Or, they will pursue a civil suit and bankrupt the homeowner. Their mothers are probably saying they were such good people.
