    I looked into this years back and after much time reading and considering I decided it wasn't worth the effort as it appears as though most people who did put forth the time were rewarded with a big heaping bowl of nothing.

    Received my Adams county tax card.
    Increase of $48,000.
    But the current assessment is within $1,500 of my house listing, so it appears to be pretty accurate.

    I think you are correct in that no one has posted a step by step. Just links to resources here and there. Seems like people have good success in fighting it though.

    Specific example:

    My neighbor successfully got a reduction in ArapCo last year or the year before because he has never replaced his windows and all the comps they used had significant remod done.
