No harm, no foul I guess. Apparently causing an accident that kills someone else is just a misdemeanor.

You're welcome. I didn't like reading that O2HeN2 said the links he had found had been scrubbed.

while it's sad he was killed riding his mc. The wife, when told this story said. Poetic Justice.

Not surprised he's being charged with a lesser crime. Instead of vehicular homicide

While the guy's opinions of "progressive Christianity" (whatever that is) apparently advocated churches giving shelter to illegals, if I'm understanding that, I'm not going to say....

"Serves him right!" or "Karma!" First, his opinion doesn't make his death justified, nor does his opinion make it "balanced" in the grand scheme of things, e.g. Karma. However misguided, his opinion had no proximate bearing on his death - had he not shared it, he would still be dead. Saying these things are as much of a knee-jerk 'tard response as does the comments from the left when a father of five suffers a firearm accident but made "pro gun" posts online.

The only thing it correctly evaluates to is irony. It is ironic that he died from an illegal after publicly voicing his progressive viewpoint. Nothing more. RIP.

I won’t say “serves him right”, just glad that if it had to be somebody, that it was someone who advocated for putting others in that kind of danger.

Agreed. Due to the sanctuary folks saying, Undocumented immigrants pose no threat to anyone. It' is justice he fell to the fate, those of us who are against sanctuary cities have been saying what they bring to the local populace.
