    The article is wrong stating, "...ban magazines that hold ten or more rounds...".
    The bill says more than ten rounds.

    However, lets hope the Republicans in the Senate don't cave this time in an attempt to DO SOMETHING!!! in an election year.

    I'm assuming they go for broke and eliminate grandfathering, so possession after a certain date = felony
