Diamond Caberet great place to watch womens work out.
Actually though I work out at home, wife was a champion bodybuilder, I liked power lifting. Still have 18" guns,,,, and then some other cool guns as well...
Can build anyone some awesome home equipment ie: benches, curls stands, squat racks, smith machines, etc.
Oh yeah? I've been looking to get a "power tower" for the house, so I can do pull ups, dips, and leg lifts at home. If you wouldn't mind PM'ing me what you would charge for something like that, i'd be greatful.
Just something like this:

Just a couple suggestions.....a couple low maintenance options would be:
1) Pull ups - do you have rafters in your garage or basement you could perform pull ups on? I don't have a pull up bar, either, and am relegated to having to do them in my garage. One plus is I have crazy parallel callouses on my hands.
Or...if you have access to a sturdy tree branch you could do perform them on that?
Some day, I want to pick up one of these: http://studbarpullup.com/index.html
2) Dips - I do dips on a pair of sawhorses made from 2X4's. It was the cheapest option I found. It's quite effective and cheap to build, I love doing dips.
In high school I took weight lifting everyday, since then I was starting to get out of shape. Now I'm running 1.5-3 miles 3 days a week and getting back into weight lifting at home. I need to get my big upper body back!
A former downstairs bedroom is my gym, converting it out-right but other household projects have priority. Body Solid rack setup, Standard Barbell olympic plates/bars and other misc gear. Much prefer versus public facilities. BTW - one of the best investments I've ever made in gear was a set of PowerBlocks with an add-on kit. The above equipment, my mountain bike (fitness rides), and a few runs at altitude on occasion and I'm good with one exception, still need a heavy-bag. I'm doing a garage make-over starting in two weeks and once complete, the bag is going up out there.
I love working-out and have for many years. Never understood that "rotting away, look & feel like shit thing" so many seem to adopt in life.
