Just went thru it here (I know it's not CO). I used an online service that guaranteed the paperwork would be accepted by the court. The paperwork asked for all that stuff...we just put down big stuff like cars and what would happen to the house. Gave it to the clerk and she notarized it. Judge signed it 21 days later. After it was done we even did a few things differently than what was in the agreement. Nobody cared. As far as a process goes, it was pretty simple. Hell...we're still living together until I close on my house the end of the month.
