New glass for my "long range" AR. Mod3 Gen2 6-24x50. It's last years model, so I got it on closeout from Gander for $123 shipped.

I've only shot the rifle out to 600 yards using the old Bushnell ar optics 4.5-18x40 scope. The glass on this riton is so much clearer and brighter.

That looks very thick. Is it already smooth on the inside or are you going to sand it?

The cooking surface is buttery smooth and it's got a really good pre-seasoning. It looks really thick because the edge is rolled over so you can pour from anywhere on the side of the pan.

You can see the lip around the edge in the first picture.

I've been looking for tires on Craigslist and mostly finding older stuff. Turns out that 16" wheels haven't been standard on trucks for many years, so the tires aren't as common. Buddy mentioned to me that going up a size might be helpful. I was at the junk yard pulling factory aluminum wheels so I could get rid of the heavy, crappy, steel wheels on my Trooper. I just happened to look down in a pile of wheels next to the ones I was pulling, and noticed a way better looking Isuzu wheel, and what's this? It was a 17" wheel. Didn't know that they ever made a 17" wheel. Turns out they put them on the Axioms. Took me two trips to two different yards around town, but I managed to snag five wheels between two vehicles. I'm scheduled to pick up some 285/70r17 tires (33's) tomorrow evening. Fortunately the bolt pattern is 6 on 5.5 which is shared by Toyota, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Nissan, and Chevy, so finding some cheap aluminum wheels wasn't going to be a huge problem.

Best part is they're already beat up, so I don't have to worry about scratching them on the trail!

    You should plasti-dip those wheels.
