Speaking of prohibited uses of force and evolving antifa tactics, the rioters in Portland are using lasers (which you can see in many of the videos posted on Andy Ngo's Twitter) and have potentially blinded a few officers.

As far as I'm concerned, all bets are off at that point. Water cannons, microwave devices, etc should be allowed to repel these terrorists. The article says that officers are being given anti-laser glasses, but I wonder if that's enough for the high power lasers that I see in the videos.
Also in this article, the US Marshals claim that some communications jamming has been reported. yikes.
