Am I the only one here who thinks they're awful?
Ridiculous, over-the-top and hysterical.
"Slick shady?" "Chemical weapons?"
Not a Hickenlooper fan but those ads just reek of desperation. Actually it's worse than that, they almost seem to be more like parody ads than real ads.
In fact, it seems like Hick's campaign has backed off some of their anti-Gardner stuff and is just letting these silly ads speak for themselves.
What's that old Clausewitz saying? "Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake."
In a "purple" state with a large urban/suburban voting bloc I'm not sure Gardner really stood a chance against Hickenlooper anyway, but I don't really think these ads are doing much to help Gardner's campaign.
The only people who would take them seriously are the ones who are already voting for Gardner.
Not even September and I'm already sick of the campaign ads. Ugh.
