I have basically zero legal knowledge, however, 1st degree charges to quell further rioting until things (hopefully) settle down?

Kicking the can down the road never works. In fact, it makes things worse. This will be HUGE when everything is dismissed. Or, if the DA is a real a$$hole, after he's found not guilty.

I'm hoping for a malicious prosecution charge against the DA.

Unfortunately, I expect the kid to be assassinated. Only question if it's an Epstein or after he's released.

Based on that affidavit, I believe that he is free criminally.

Well, due to our nonsensical and bullshit legal (read: injustice) system, he?s being charged as an adult in conjunction with a misdemeanor class A charge of weapon possession as a person under 18. So go figure that one. Both a minor and an adult. Bruce Jenner marvels at the duality of it all.

At the end of the day, he took out 2 Marxist pieces of scum: a kiddy diddler, a burglar/domestic abuser, and blew the elbow off of a Felon in possession of a pistol (which, generally, I have no problem with). So the implication is that he intended to shoot "several" but only actually shot 3? It's impossible to decifer any more.

I got an email from Gun Owner's of America. They are assisting in the defense of the young man. Good for them. I'm guessing his criminal legal bills are covered. Civil issues later on are another story.
