Possible. Next debate is 10/15, so it is well past quarantine period. As long as they are medically okay, I am sure WH physician will clear him. Preparing for a debate would be very difficult with many staffers and POTUS being quarantined.

Just checked online and VP one is on 7th.
If POTUS STILL took hydroxychloroquine as he recommended despite of CDC/NIH/FDA/SG's claim, he would've been immured to COVID-19 .
