I really don't see that much in the Saiga. You can buy the sporting version which this one looks like then convert yourself.

The base sporting version is ~349 then you can search around for the Tapco components. I would ask him if he put in the bullet guide if this was converted.

    Whats a bullet guide?

Do you think its a fair equivalent trade. I wanted the Saiga, 1911 and 66 for all my stuff.

    Quoted from here:

Typically, military AKs come with a bullet guide (feed ramp) riveted to the front trunion between the magazine well and the breech. Because of the design of the Saiga magazines, this feature is omitted.

The bullet guide is merely a piece of curved metal that lifts the projectile into the breech as the bolt strips it off the magazine. Using milsurp magazines, the projectile would rebound off the breech face of the barrel below the chamber without the bullet guide
It is not hard to put one in. Converted Saiga's fetch different prices. I would look at the classifieds on Saiga12's forums.

Oh a feed ramp. Ya well he said it takes AK mags and not saiga mags. So it must have one, but I shot him an email to ask anyway.

So you think the Saiga, 1911 and 66 is a fair trade for my stuff? Thats pretty much the confirmation Im looking for.

I have no idea on the other pieces. I am sure others will come in and chime in soon.

    Good luck.

Kinda off topic I guess. Can a feed ramp or bullet guide be installed in a Romanian AK? Mine does not have one and will not shoot anything besides FMJ very well. It will not feed Wolf JHP's at all. The bullet strikes the bottom of the breech every time.
