    Notice they framed 113 as a "Statutory" measure rather than Constitutional -- it would have failed if considered a Constitutional measure. I don't see how they can justify it being statutory rather than constitutional given it proposes to change the way Colorado allocates its electoral college votes in a national election.

    So how should have Colorado residents voted? I'd like to compare my ballot to see if/where I went wrong.

    I was actually surprised the "only a citizen" voting criteria passed pretty handily.

    Maybe next time they?ll let the wolves vote once they?re officially residents of Colorado.
