Vista has a huge stake in ammo manufacturing, owning three of the four major primer makers.

If someone in Washington decides to go after ammo instead of guns and targets Vista, that could be a serious problem for civilian shooters.

Vista has Federal, CCI, Speer, Blazer, American Eagle and now Remington under their umbrella.

Good news is that Vista is recalling previous-Remington ammunition employees to get the Remington ammo factory up and running. During the Remington bankruptcy process, the ammo factory was only operating at 10% capacity. Won't solve the ammo shortage but will certainly help, even just a litte.
