Keyboard Operation Specialist
It supposedly took out either dispatch or at least LEO communications in parts of three states. But, I'm waiting to hear details as to... how or why. Here in CO dispatch is usually managed on a county by county basis, sometimes with joint agreements across a couple counties. They usually run off local towers. I have a hard time imagining how the loss of a C/O would disrupt local LEO communications unless they were doing something stupid from a disaster management/recovery standpoint, but I only know about "here".
