2 Scopes in 2 weeks.
Last week, I bought (downgraded to) Burris XTRII 8-40x50mm F-class MOA scope last week.
This week, I bought (downgraded to) Vortex PST GEN II 5-25x50mm EBR7C MOA scope and just arrived.
I replaced ~16 year old Japanese Nikon Tactical with Vortex PST II, and ~15yr old NF with Burris F-Class MOA.
Europtics has Vortex for 799.99.
Only upgrade I see it was a magnification increase upgrade.
I like sig and all, but I gotta buy many many accessories. Then I will end up buying a P320 FCU to make another pistol as a set.
Nice. I pickup the exact same by this weekend I hope. I got the wife the SAS at the same time.

Well it isn't here yet, but we went down to the billiards store yesterday and bought this guy.
Today I'm expecting a delivery of a dozen rolls of insulation, several sheets of drywall, corrugated metal roofing (for the vaulted ceiling) and there's a mini-split and some other odds and ends on the way as well, should be here in the next few days.
Wife has assigned me a project
The house we bought has a little 16 x 18 shed out back that she wants me to convert into a tiny pool hall. I should have it all done by the end of the month (well I darn well better because that pool table gets here on Cinco de Mayo).

That's a beautiful safe. I want to get a nice big one like that, but will wait until I'm no longer living in apartments.
And safe capacity seems to be measured in bolt guns with no optics. For modern sporting rifles you need to cut the capacity to a third to account for optics and grips.
Yep...they don't hold nearly as many as they advertise. I'm to the point rifles fall out of my only safe now every time I open the door. It was time.
