I remember in my teenage years, someone revving to race at a stoplight. I obliged and we both took off. I don't know how the hell neither one of us didn't see the LEO behind us, but he got immediately lit up. In hindsight it is a bit hilarious.

I won! but in his defense, it is a bit hard to fully commit when red and blues start immediately flashing. (I of course immediately backed off too )

Not sure. He could only pull over one so I guess he chose the one that initiated. I whistled innocently with butt puckered hard enough to juice an orange and continued on my way, not volunteering for a 2 for 1 deal.
