Eh, the article should be corrected to "want to build".

They might have a decent couple of graphic artists, but they don't have the gumption to not only build, but survive year round at 10,000k in CO. Hopes and dreams don't magically endow someone with the willpower and skill to survive there. Much less from the political perspective that values handouts and collectives over individualism.
