I don’t think there’s much chance he killed himself… I tend to think he either died of a heart attack or some other medical event that was probably stress induced, or someone else offed him. As was mentioned earlier, It was highly unlikely to be the US govt since they were about to have their way with him after all the years he was evading them… they wanted their money not blood.

According to Reuters... "McAfee's lawyer, Javier Villalba, said the anti-virus software pioneer died by hanging as his nine months in prison brought him to despair."
