Why is a group of 14 year old boys who are being respectful PAYING customers assumed to be problematic or recipients of babysitting?

Individual conduct matters, not patronizing generalities.

This is coming from the perspective of a former teen who didn't act like a jackass, and a current parent of a 15 year old male who doesn't act like a jackass.
