My theory is that destroying him is just a distraction. Biden's numbers are in the toilet and Kamaltoe's are even worse. And I think all hell is about to break loose this month with the end of the eviction moratorium and the potential default. The probability that the collapse happens in the next 30 days is higher than normal, so they've contrived a spectacle that will distract us (and they have to sacrifice one of their favorite sons because anything less would get swept away from the top of the news when shit starts to go pear shaped in the next few days or weeks).
