Well, that blows. We were just getting back in the habit of hitting a movie about once a week, gonna run out of stuff to watch.

Given how they're trying to bend the knee to China in it, I couldn't care less.

    https://screenrant.com/top-gun-2-pet...%20years%20old.

For his level of career, I estimated his age should be 32ish LT during [fictional year] 83-84. ON fictional year 2020-2021, he is Captain o-5 and age of 70ish (32+ (2021-1983))?
Unless, movie Topgun is based on year back to 2001, it would be kinda silly.

Meanwhile, you can watch those cheaply made Chinese Propaganda Airforce/Airplane movies which occupies Afghanistan.

I think people may tire from teasing this along seemingly endlessly. I thought it premiered already. Maybe it'll go direct to DVD?

The news blows but it's important that this film -- as one of the few non-woke films in recent years -- do very well. I've been hitting classic movie releases when they've come out (http://www.fathomevents.com/). Got to see the 40th anniversary release of "Stripes", 50th anniversary of "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory", 35th anniversary of "Star Trek IV", etc. I also attend the anime releases -- some really great movies from the Japanese in recent years. Attendance has been pitiful but I'm doing my part to show non-woke films have an audience.

Nah, he should be a relatively junior LT in the original movie, around 27 or 28. 36 years later, he'd be a retired CAPT (O-6, not O-5) and roughly 63-64. Of course military retirement is not retirement so he's probably on contract to the school as an instructor. Even that's not enough to explain the wealth in his man-cave hangar but it helps.

You noticed that too? How does this military pilot have the bank to buy and maintain a P-51?
