There is really no way of knowing if it was or wasn't damaged without installing it and firing rounds through it to see if it was still a sub MOA match barrel. I'm not going to waste my time and money to verify their mistake. If I purchase a $400 barrel, I expect it to be treated as such. If it was a cheap $100 AR15 556 AR Stoner barrel, I probably wouldn't have cared. I never had an issue with them until the past few months. Edit: Just a note, this is replacing a 308 barrel with a 6.5CM barrel on a long range $2500 build so there is an accuracy requirement, and it has to be perfect.
