A gun company stopped dealing with someone that plead guilty to felony gun crimes?

Sounds like a smart move to me.

Exactly what I was thinking. Public and private relationships aside... Wilson and any other gun company needs to disassociate from him or they're going to have other problems later. That doesn't mean they can't still be friends in real life though.

He now deleted this, and reposted it minus the WC part.

Vickers attitude on WC disassociating from him is EXACTLY what got him into that whole ATF situation in the first place. When you don't think that rules apply to you or the associated consequences for making those bad decisions apply to you then you will always be disappointed when faced with facts. Play Stupid Games, Win Stupid Prizes..... Its that simple.

    Agreed.

Vickers needs to understand that outside his perceived personal relationships with these people, they are running GUN BUSINESSES, ones that exist solely due to their ability to be compliant and law-abiding. Associating with known criminals (especially firearms violators) looks REALLY bad in the court of public perception as well as through the discriminatory lenses of the local ATF staff.

It's not dissimilar to cops who get fired or charged, they are burned at the social stake before the ink is dry, "friends" or not.

Exactly. Maybe just don't do crimes? Weird.

If Vickers was a stand up dude then he would have proactively severed his relationships and or partnerships with Firearms Businesses so his situation wouldn't drag them into the mud with him. Him not doing that as soon as the ATF caught him red handed (Regardless of being convicted) tells you a lot about what kind of person he is.

Throwing a tantrum on social media about how unreasonable it is for being held accountable for his actions solidifies what kind of person he is.
