I just use several of those blue WalMart bags. Not just for shopping, I use 'em for carrying all kinds of stuff. Real handy for hauling brass, ammo and pistols up and down the basement stairs, to and from the range, etc. Several other uses too. And shopping. When you're old and gimpy and use a cane, every little bit helps.

If people gave a shit about the health and wellbeing of our planet they would support and promote genocide. Drastically reducing the population of the planet is a much better solution than trying to decide what kind of bags those billions of people should be using.
Killing your fellow Man en masse will not fix the issues of this planet. That is an old lie that was most recently made semi popular by the Eugenics people after WW2 trying to claim the earth was overpopulated in order to be able to continue to fund their Eugenics programs after such topics became unpalatable to the average consumer of news and information in the Western world. Which is laughably ridiculous to anyone on its face, unless you have never traveled outside of a city or densely populated county. Here in Hawaii they charge for bags to, usually just bring a backpack to throw stuff in. Or push the cart straight to the car, unload everything into a cooler or box.

    Say it isn’t so.
Funny, but our schools dumpster has a steady flow of blue Walmart bags being used as trash bags! Someone has money to throw away. Sometimes they are new with the tag and sometimes they have household trash.

So...I don't know if this part has taken effect yet or not but that bag tax...yah...the store gets to keep part of it. So just exactly how much is going towards clean up of the pollution? Oh yah...none. So much for this being about the environment.

They don’t care about the cleanup of the pollution, that’s where the money scam is!

How does this effect pizza delivery? No box? Do they just put it in their pockets?

Restaurants must be exempt. My Cane's drive though order still comes in a free plastic bag and now it comes in a plastic container inside of that, too!

I want to know about all the "worlds best water", "smart water" that the smooses buy. Where are all those millions of plastic bottles going?
