Ahead of a planned speech, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s campaign said in a Pennsylvania court filing Friday that he is endorsing Donald Trump for president.


Does this help Trump's campaign?

I don't think so.

Kennedy has always been and still is a big government leftist. People that were drawn to his platform are likely Democrat voters and will now vote for Harris.

He said government forced vaccine mandates are bad, so the right instantly adored him, without looking at the rest of his stances on issues.

As recently as five years ago, he had a show on satellite radio. I listen to it occasionally and he is very much on the left. He is anti-carbon, anti internal combustion engine and very much pro union.

To his credit, he doesn't seem to be anti-gun.

I think Trump giving him any power would be a mistake, but Trump is not known for doing things correctly.

On every page of the site, the answers to problems is government spending.

That is exactly the problem we have now. We don't need more.

Not lock step with anyone but JFK jr. has some good ideas, for a Dem. He was the most educated in the field. No wonder they ostracized early on.

All trump needs to do is have kennedy do an interview. Telling them, i dropped out as a 3rd party candidate after realizing the DNC, will do any and every thing to keep opposing voices off the ballot. The facts are they've tried to keep me off the ballot as a democrat from day 1.

Ask yourself, after doing this to me, as a potential democrat candidate, other than biden for president. Who is the real threat to democracy? AND what would they do to keep your voices from being heard?

There are rumors he contacted the Harris campaign to see if there was a cabinet position open if he endorsed her.

He's a leftist loon but in this one case, he's less leftist and less loony than the rest of his family. I don't know what Cabinet position he'd be qualified for but we've got a LOT of Cabinet members right now who aren't qualified for their positions -- with Alejandro Majorkas leading that list.
