the push to ban "trophy" hunting of cats kinda rubs me raw. First of all, there already is NO hunting for lynx. second of all, the big cats are considered big game in Colo already which means that the meat must be processed just like any other big game such as deer and elk. It's no more of a "trophy" hunt than any of hunting that goes on currently, but the idiots can pull the wool over the non-hunting idiots and tug on their heart strings by wording it like they did.
And by the way, Mtn. lion is actually pretty good eating.
Laws aren't "preventable" measures. IOW, more gun laws won't stop mass shootings.
Amendment G, 80, I, and H are a maybe for me at most.
Proposition 128 and 130 is also a maybe for me.
The rest are a giant Hell to the Nah.
"DON'T SHOOT DAT PUDDY TAT!!!"
*ahem*
Mountain lions actually ATTACK people. So do bobcats. Lynx is on the endangered list, but they attack people too.
And they raised millions of dollars just on this one stupid issue.
These are already slam-dunks for team fraud![]()
I am not smart enough to edit the "title"
Quoted for truth. Mtn. Lion is probably one of the best tasting meats I've every eaten.
If they weren't Constitutional Amendments, I'd consider a Yes on 80 & I. But, I agree with Lobo that we've amended our state Constitution too much already.
The only other measure I might consider a Yes on is Prop 128.

128 should be changed to say 100% of thier sentences. If they only require x% for most, then they need to revise sentencing. Then use longer sentences for those earned them.
Zero tax deductions for special interest groups. Everyone should pay the same rates. But property tax should be eliminated and sales & income taxes adjusted. You should never be taxed for owning anything. Pay sales tax on it and never be taxed on it again. With property tax, do you really own anything or own property if the government could take it for not paying them for the privilege of ownership? Don't give me this crap about the fire department or the schools or whatever is funded by property tax. There are sales & income taxes.
