Great crowd! I'd love to see a live picture the crowd from above, maybe 2500 feet or so.

As mentioned before, pretty good location. Close to the airport and 'kind of' isolated. Glad it went well, Trumps comments on Harris/ Prompter, Harris/Hurricane and Harris/everything else were well received by the crowd.

I wonder why they didn't show the videos he presented, just audio.

FWIW................... that hotel is between 3 to 10 miles away from the refuge, depending on how you want to measure it.

1.99 miles to the edge to be exact. When I was stationed at Lowry AFB, Rocky Flats was actively producing nuclear weapon components. They were closed down due to industrial hygiene issues.

I didn't realize the Trump campaign had requested military assistance due to security concerns of a threat from Iran. This is according to open sources. There was quite a contingent of military forces on standby near the rally. My attention has been focused on the hurricane.

The Rocky Flats plant (1952-1989) was located in north central Jefferson county. North of Arvada, west of Broomfield and south of Boulder. It produced nuclear "pits" which are triggers for bombs.

From 1952 to 1989, the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons plant produced more than 70,000 plutonium pits or “triggers” for nuclear bombs. Each pit contained enough breathable particles of plutonium to kill every person on earth.

The Rocky Mountain Arsenal (1942-1992) was located in Commerce City. It was an Army chemical weapons plant.

The Rocky Mountain Arsenal manufactured chemical weapons including mustard gas, napalm, white phosphorus, lewisite, chlorine gas, and sarin.

Both are now designated National Wildlife Refuges.

My chemistry professor's first job after getting his PhD was making nerve agent at the arsenal.
